General Bonus Terms

  1. It is required to hold an active Player’s account in order to be able to claim bonuses offered at ComicPlay Casino.
  2. Some of the bonuses may be subject to redemption limits (per player, day, week, or month). T&C of a particular bonus are listed below each bonus offer.
  3. The Player is allowed to have only one active bonus at a time. Furthermore, only one bonus is applied to each deposit, which can be used solely for wagering purposes.
  4. To claim a new bonus, the Player must fulfill all the wagering requirements for previously redeemed or current bonus or keep the balance lower than $0.3 (30 cents); otherwise, the previous bonus will be considered active. Please check the terms and conditions of each bonus for more detailed information on wagering requirements.
  5. Please note that if the bonus comes with a maximum cashout, it applies to the whole balance until it drops below $0.3 (30 cents) or the winnings are withdrawn. All winnings exceeding the maximum payout will be voided after the wagering requirement is completed or upon withdrawal.
  6. The minimum deposit amount required for bonus activation varies, depending on each specific deposit method and bonus conditions. Please refer to the table below for more details on deposit requirements. It is also highly recommended to check the T&C of each bonus to make sure that the minimum deposit remains the same for each payment method.

  7. ComicPlay Casino does not allow consecutive redeeming of Free Bonuses. It is required to make at least one deposit between such bonuses.
  8. Deposit Bonus has to be claimed before placing a deposit. If you had any issues and didn’t claim the bonus before your deposit, contact our Live Support Team to assist you with the bonus redemption. However, it’s essential to do so before placing the first wager after the particular deposit. Otherwise, the Player cannot claim any Deposit Bonus on it.
  9. Once a Free Spin Bonus or a Deposit Bonus is redeemed, it remains active until the wagering requirements are met, or the account balance drops below $0.30. If the bonus was claimed by accident, please contact our Live Support Team to cancel it. The Player must fulfill the wagering requirements if the bonus has already been partially used.
  10. Please note that no offers are credited by default, meaning that the player first needs to redeem a bonus: either in the Promotions page, Deposit and Bonuses tab in the Personal profile, or by contacting our Live Support Team.
  11. The bonuses offered at ComicPlay Casino may vary depending on the Game Providers and Bonus types. The Player should check available games, Wagering Requirement, and Maximum Payout limit in Terms and Conditions of each bonus before claiming it.
  12. At ComicPlay Casino, the following games cannot be played with bonus funds but only with withdrawable cash funds: Roulette Games, Ride'em Poker, Baccarat, Jackpot games, Pai Gow, Triple Cash or Crash, Three Card Rummy, War, Dragon Tiger, Craps, Table games by Dragon Gaming provider, and all of the games by Spadegaming provider.
  13. Free Spins at ComicPlay Casino are supplied with the requirement of fixed bets quantity and the predetermined number of paylines, only to be played on a particular slot game. Free Spins usage is forbidden on any other slot game until the issued number of Free Spins is played. Then the winning can be wagered on the game of the Player’s choice except for the ones mentioned in point 14.
  14. Please note that Free Spins that come with a match bonus can be requested via Live Chat only after an account balance drops below $0.3 (30 cents).
  15. Contribution to the wagering requirement depends on the type of the game. The playthrough is calculated as follows: Every $1 wagered on Slots and Specialty Games contributes $1 to the wagering requirements. Every $1 wagered on Card Games contributes $0.15 to the wagering requirements.
  16. Unless otherwise stated in any specific bonus description, the Player’s account will be subject to the wagering requirements until the Player fulfills all the conditions on the games included in the offer. Games that are not included in the active bonus will be technically restricted and unavailable for play until the wagering requirement is met.
  17. The maximum bet allowed when playing with an active No-Deposit Bonus is $5 (five dollars) for all types of games. Other bonuses (all kinds of Deposit Bonuses and Cashbacks) allow up to $10 (ten dollars) maximum bet for Slots and Specialties Bonuses and up to $25 (twenty-five dollars) maximum bet for Cards. Maximum bets for VIP Players may vary, so please see your VIP Status conditions for more information. Betting above the limit will result in the voiding of the bonus and all associated winnings.
  18. All the winnings obtained with the particular bonus usage beyond its maximum payout limit will be deducted from the Player’s account balance. This process may be carried out manually by our Finance office (in response to the cashout request) or automatically (in response to the completed wagering requirements). Any winnings higher than the payout limit obtained after the wagering requirements are completed are subject to these restrictions until the cashout or the balance amount drops below $0.3 (30 cents).
  19. Please note that the bonuses can be denied, canceled, or altered at any moment without prior notification. Please check the Bonus T&C before starting to play with it.
  20. Any derogation of these Bonus T&C will be considered a violation and will result in immediate measures from our side. At ComicPlay Casino's sole discretion, all the winnings may be annulled.

No-Deposit Bonuses

  1. No-Deposit Bonuses are special bonuses that may be given to the Player so they can try their hand in the games before their first deposit.
  2. Players qualified for No-Deposit Bonuses will be offered to choose either Free Spins or, as an alternative, Free Bonus.
  3. The Casino allows each Player to claim No-Deposit Bonuses only once per person/account, except otherwise stated.
  4. Please note that only Players with verified emails are eligible for claiming No-Deposit Bonuses.
  5. No-Deposit Bonus is valid for all games except for all titles by Betsoft, Saucify, Nucleus providers, Roulette Games, Jackpot Games, Ride'em Poker, Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Pai Gow, Craps, Top Card Trumps (Casino War), Draw High Low, Pontoon 21, Pirate 21, Red Dog, Table games by Dragon Gaming provider, and all of the games by Spadegaming provider.
  6. No-Deposit Bonus must be wagered 53 times prior to withdrawing winnings.
  7. All No-Deposit Bonuses come with the maximum cashout bonus amount x2.
  8. If the Player violates the T&C of the bonus during the wagering period, all the winnings are voided.
    1. 10% from the maximum cashout will be added on top of the deposit (if the amount of winnings is lower than the amount of the maximum cashout, the Casino ensures 10% from winnings on top of the deposit). Please note that the rule mentioned above applies solely to the first No-Deposit Bonus used on the Player's account.
  9. After the wagering requirement of a No-Deposit Bonus is met, at least one deposit should be made to verify the payment method before any cashout is possible. In case the maximum cashout limit of the Bonus or the total of associated winnings is lower than the minimum amount allowed for cashout ($100*), the difference has to be deposited and wagered 1x the amount of deposit. Please refer to the Banking page for more detailed information on each cashout method available.

Welcome Bonus Terms

  1. Once registration is successfully completed, the Player has access to the Welcome Package. It includes a 250% Bonus for the first deposit. And 150% Bonus for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th deposits. After playing with Match Bonus player can claim 100% Cashback for the first deposit in the Live Chat.
  2. Welcome Deposit Bonus can only be claimed for the first 4 (four) deposits.
  3. Welcome Deposit Bonus comes with the wagering requirement of x35, meaning that the Player’s deposit and the Welcome Bonus must be played through 35 times before any generated winnings can be withdrawn.
  4. Welcome Deposit Bonus comes with the maximum cashout of deposit x35.
  5. If the Player violates the T&C of the bonus during the wagering period, all the winnings are voided.
    1. 10% from the maximum cashout will be added on top of the deposit (if the amount of winnings is lower than the amount of the maximum cashout, the Casino ensures 10% from winnings on top of the deposit). Please note that the rule mentioned above applies solely to the Welcome Bonus used on top of the first deposit.

Deposit Bonuses

  1. To claim Deposit Bonuses, the Player must deposit a specific minimum amount. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of each bonus for more detailed information.
  2. Deposit Bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements before the Player can withdraw any associated winnings. Please note that bonus rules may vary; please check the T&C of each bonus for specific requirements and restrictions.
  3. The Deposit Bonus itself cannot be cashed out, so its initial body will be deducted during the cashout process.
  4. Some bonuses come with the maximum cashout; please check the T&C of each bonus for specific requirements and restrictions.
  5. Once the Deposit Bonus is claimed, the whole account balance is considered bonus money. Therefore, all cashouts can only be conducted after all the current bonus requirements are met, and the bonus money is converted to cash.

Cashback bonuses

  1. ComicPlay Casino offers Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Cashback options.
  2. Daily Cashback bonuses are applied to the Player’s previous lost deposits as a Free Bonus credited to the playable balance. The Bonus can be claimed several times per day provided that all requirements are fulfilled and the playable balance drops below $0.30.
    1. Only one Daily Cashback can be claimed between two deposits. Please note that more than one Cashback cannot be given consecutively.
    2. Daily Cashback Bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements of x45.
    3. The maximum cashout for Daily Cashback Bonuses is x5.
    4. If the maximum payout limit of the Bonus is lower than the minimum amount for payout ($100*), the difference has to be deposited. *Please refer to the Payment Methods page for more detailed information for each cashout method available.
  3. Weekly Insurance Bonuses are available for Savior, Hall of Fame, and Living Legend for the net loss ((total amount of deposits) - (total amount of cashouts)) over the previous week. Players need to deposit at least $1000 during one week starting from Monday 00:00 a.m. EST to be qualified for Weekly Cashback. Returns for the deposits over the previous week are to be paid out the following Monday after 00:00 a.m. EST.
    1. Weekly Cashback Bonuses are paid out as 5-10% on weekly deposits totaling $1000+; 10-15% on weekly deposits totaling $2500+; 15-20% on weekly deposits totaling $5000+. Precise information for each Player VIP Status can be found in table 8.2 of the High-Roller Program section.

  4. Monthly Insurance Bonuses are available for Hall of Fame and Living Legend for the net loss ((total amount of deposits) - (total amount of cashouts)) over the previous month. Players need to deposit at least $4000 during the previous month in order to be qualified for Monthly Cashback.

Comp Points

  1. Comp points will be automatically awarded for each depositor’s bet. The higher the bet is, the more comp points it brings.

High-Roller Program

  1. The player VIP Status is based on the user’s depositing, wagering, gaming, and cash-out activities.
  2. Our system considers these criteria and automatically changes the player VIP status.
  3. Players belonging to all High-Roller Tiers are qualified for the High-Roller Exclusive Bonus with a higher percentage. The Bonus is valid once per day for all games except for Roulette Games, Ride'em Poker, Baccarat, Jackpot games, Pai Gow, Triple Cash or Crash, Three Card Rummy, War, Dragon Tiger, Craps, Table games by Dragon Gaming provider, and all of the games by Spadegaming provider.
